"CareTEX Tokyo '24" is one of the largest exhibitions in Japan for the nursing care industry, and will be held for the 10th time this year.

PTW operates Stepjob, a matching system that quickly connects foreigners who want to work in Japan with Japanese companies, and introduces many foreign medical and nursing care professionals to hospitals and nursing care facilities across the country. To date, PTW has supported the matching of over 400 nurses and over 700 care workers (international nursing care workers, specified skilled care workers), for a total of approximately 1,100 foreign medical and care workers.

At the exhibition booth, we will explain about "Stepjob" and display matching examples, as well as provide human resources consultation. Additionally, on March 14th, we will hold a seminar focusing on introducing the new features of "Stepjob" released in November 2023.
