For two days, on December 4th and 5th , Pole To Win Nagoya Center, a subsidiary of Pole To Win Holdings, hosted students from Miyoshigaoka Junior High School in Miyoshi City, Aichi Prefecture, for a work experience program.

During the two-day work experience program, the students learned about the main businesses of the Pole To Win Holdings Group. They were given explanations through documents and videos about game debugging, software testing, security measures, foreign human resource dispatch, and barrier-free consulting, and had discussions with our employees.

On the final day, with their homeroom teachers observing, the students assumed the role of business managers for debugging, software testing, and security measures, respectively, and were tasked with conducting market research online and create a one-year promotion plan which they then gave a presentation.

They also went on office tour of the open areas to allow the participants to get a feel for the atmosphere among employees and to acknowledge the importance of security.

At the Nagoya Center, a Christmas tree was decorated and a welcome board was set up to welcome the students.
