Pole To Win Holdings, Inc. Pole To Win Inc. (Headquarters: Nagoya City, Aichi Prefecture, CEO: Teppei Tachibana, hereinafter referred to as PTW), a subsidiary company that provides services and lifecycle solutions, will be my employer, and I will be able to perform at a certain level as a professional and work in a supportive environment around me. We have established a system in which we sign employment contracts with Paraperformers® who meet employment conditions, prepare an environment in which they can perform on a daily basis, and provide support in negotiating for event venues. In addition, in order to support performers with disabilities and to spread Paraperformer® culture in earnest in Japan, PTW has registered Paraperformer® as a trademark. [Summary of the employment relationship between PTW and Paraperformer®]
Team PTW, a paraperformer® with which PTW has directly concluded an employment contract for people with disabilities, is based in the non-profit organization Hi-Tension (located in Atsugi City, Kanagawa Prefecture, hereinafter referred to as Hi-Tension). Previously they performed at one-off events, but by signing an employment contract with PTW, they will be able to practice their performance in a stable environment, and PTW will also assist in negotiating for events. In the future, we aim to increase the number of Team PTW members and expand opportunities as a professional Para performer® team.

[ Future Steps]
Under the Sustainability Committee established on March 26th, PHD will examine important sustainability issues and promote sustainable initiatives throughout the group. Among these, we have identified investment in human capital as an important measure, and our policy is to strengthen the recruitment and promotion of diverse human resources in order to achieve diversity. The PHD Group will continue to improve the environment for proactive employment of people with disabilities and expand support for the activities of Paraperformers®.
