Under the umbrella of Pole To Win Holdings, Inc.(Headquarters: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo, Representative Director & President: Teppei Tachibana, Securities Code: 3657), Pole To Win, Inc.(Headquarters: Nagoya City, Aichi Prefecture, Representative Director & CEO: Teppei Tachibana, hereinafter referred to as PTW) that helps resolve issues throughout the service lifecycle, is pleased to announce that Kazuaki Shimura was appointed Representative Director & COO at the general shareholders' meeting and board of directors meeting held on April 4th.
After joining PTW in 2001, Kazuaki Shimura was involved in building the foundations of the game debugging business, expanding the net support business in 2018, and leading the on-site operations on each business side in the three-company merger that took place in 2022. In order to further expand its business centered on debugging, net support, and software quality testing, PTW has decided to transition to a collaborative structure with Kazuaki Shimura, who has built the foundations on the business side for many years, and with Representative Director & CEO Teppei Tachibana. Shimura will continue to plan and promote growth strategies for each business as COO, while also shouldering important responsibilities in business execution together with Tachibana as Representative Director.
