On June 16th, a stage greeting to commemorate the release was held at TOHO Cinemas Shinjuku, with Natsuki Hanae who plays Kanata Asaya, Mariya Ise who plays Yu Orie, Yuuma Uchida who plays Daisuke Tonosaki, Fuka Izumi who plays Moemi Nakagawa, and director POPREQ taking to the stage.

Based on the concept of "for all those who aspire to create things in this day and age," this youth ensemble theatrical animation depicts the joys and pains of creating things, centering on Kanata Asaya, a high school student who is absorbed in making music videos, and Yu Orie, a teacher who gave up on her dream of becoming a musician.

The script was written by Jukki Hanada, who also worked on "Love Live!" and "A Place Further Than the Universe". The video production team Hurray!, which has worked on music videos for Yorushika, is in charge of directing, production, and character design, and 100studio is also in charge of animation. The free 3DCG software Blender was used as the main tool for the production, and the delicate imagery adds color to the story.

After about four years of planning, "A Few Moments of Cheers" was finally released. POPREQ the Director, who appeared on stage to greet the audience said, "I'm really happy to receive feedback on what I wanted to do. On the first day of release, I searched the X (former Twitter) about once every 20 seconds and took screenshots of the feedback... I just kept doing that and the day was over (laughs)." At the end of the stage greeting, Hanae, who played the main character, Asaya Kanata, cheered the audience on, saying, "There are infinite possibilities in 'making things,' you never get bored of doing it. It's a lot of fun. I was able to participate in this film, but as one fan of the movie, it also gave me a boost. When you're going through a tough time or when you want to make and effort, I hope you'll remember this film and push forward together with us."

Kanata Asaya, a high school boy who is absorbed in making music videos, is moved by a street performance he sees one day and strongly desires to make a music video for that song. However, the singer is Yu Orie, a female teacher who has given up on her musical career.

The screenplay for this film was written by Jukki Hanada, who also worked on "Love Live! "and "A Place Further Than the Universe", and almost all of the visuals, from direction and production to character design, were created by the three members of the video production team "Hurray!", comprised of POPREQ, Ohajiki, and Magotsuki.

This is the first theatrical animation released by the team that is currently attracting the most attention, having worked on Yorushika's music video and the ending video for the TV anime "Miss Shikimori Is Not Just Cute." It is being produced using the free 3DCG software "Blender" as its main tool, and attention is being drawn to its unique and delicate image creation.

The song sung by Yu Orie in the film is produced by VIVI, who is also active as a Vocaloid producer, and is sung by singer-songwriter Sugawara Kei, who was also selected as Spotify's "RADAR: Early Noise 2022" next-generation artist, with an androgynous and emotional voice conveys the feelings that Yu Orie put into the song.
