Salsa Gumtape is a rock band that debuted in 1994 and is celebrating its 30th anniversary this year. The band is led by Tetsu Kashiwa, and is made up of members from famous bands and members with intellectual disabilities. PHD has been supporting Salsa Gumtape for many years, and this year, its subsidiary Pole To Win Inc. (Headquarters: Nagoya City, Aichi Prefecture, CEO: Teppei Tachibana, hereinafter referred to as PTW), which provides service and lifecycle solutions, celebrated its 30th anniversary. The two organizations discussed whether they could do something together at Salsa Gumtape's 30th anniversary live show, and this resulted in an appearance by Team PTW.

​"Team PTW" made its official professional debut at the end of March 2024, and since then has had the opportunity to perform at multiple events, slowly but surely building up a track record. The second barrier-free video, which follows the progress of "Team PTW" over the past four months, consisting of freestyle basketball player Yuwa (hearing impaired) and human beatboxer HARUKI (mosaic Down syndrome), will be released today, August 1st.

The video shows the changes felt by their families who support their activities, and their growth as performers. With the cooperation of Palabra Inc.
