In this service, PTW's AI system "Sirius AI" automatically patrols major SNS and Internet bulletin boards to detect defamatory posts against faculty staff. The detected posts are quantified in terms of risk level by the AI in a primary judgment, and a secondary judgment is made visually for high-risk cases. This makes it possible to efficiently monitor a large number of postings and quickly respond to them. For those deemed high-risk, the system supports risk-based responses, such as emergency reporting to local governments and public agencies, and support for requests to delete the postings.
In addition to monitoring and responding to defamatory posts, this service also features an "SNS Consultation Desk" staffed by psychologists and specialized counseling staff, providing a one-stop system for providing mental support to faculty staff.
