"FAQT" Ver.1.5 is an integrated project management tool that centralizes the management of requirements, resources, progress, and testing on a single platform.
PTW has independently developed this tool to resolve the issues of dispersed tool operations, inefficient knowledge utilization, and human resource development, and to standardize operations and support the growth of the entire organization. The introduction of "FAQT" Ver.1.5 will optimize the software testing and debugging processes, and further accelerate the improvement of quality in contracted work.
The difficulty of managing diverse projects
In recent years, efficient project management has become more difficult in software testing and debugging due to the increasing complexity of projects and the spread of remote environments. The use of different management tools for each diversifying project leads to inconsistencies in work procedures (fragmentation of management tools), and the knowledge gained from each task is not sufficiently accumulated, preventing progress in efficiency and improvement using that knowledge (personalized knowledge management). These problems have hindered work efficiency and productivity improvement and human resource development.
In response to these issues, "FAQT" was developed with the concept of standardizing operations by unifying management tools, not only making management tasks more efficient but also accumulating knowledge gained from work and experience, which can then be used to provide added value to other projects and create new business.

All the information required to carry out a project is collected and centrally managed as a project. This helps to share awareness of the work content and speed up the project progress.
4. [Bug Tracking System Management] Managing bug information detected from test results
Bugs are turned into tickets, and bug status is managed centrally from discovery to correction and analysis. By making bug information "visible," efficient responses are possible.
5. [Test management] Test management and integration with automation tools
It enables the creation and management of test cases linked to test design and automation tools. By utilizing similar past cases and accumulated test cases, it contributes to quality improvement and man-hour reduction.
6. [Automation tools] Adding value by linking with automation tools
By linking with external automation tools that streamline operations, we can provide one-stop service from test execution to result acquisition and analysis.
